of Rental.
Application for Space Use - Request Forms must be signed &
returned to WPBC within 21 days of requested date. To apply for Space
use, download the Meeting
Room Request Form 2011. The application should be accompanied
by a $60 deposit, which will be refunded within 30 days after the
scheduled date provided the renter has left the meeting space in good
condition.
WPBC Liability Release Form - Individuals/Groups that wish
to use building space must have Proof of insurance or sign a Liability
Release waiver BEFORE taking possession of the space. Download and
review WPBC Liability
Release Form. Conditions
of Rental must also be signed and returned prior to possession
of the space.
