- Download and review WPBC
Policies and Procedures Application for Space Use - Request Forms must be signed & returned to WPBC within 21 days of requested date. To apply for Space use, download the Meeting Room Request Form. The application should be accompanied by a $60 deposit, which will be refunded within 30 days after the scheduled date provided the renter has left the meeting space in good condition. WPBC Liability Release Form - Individuals/Groups that wish to use building space must have Proof of insurance or sign a Liability Release waiver BEFORE taking possession of the space.
