But, the message of the Advent season tells us a different story. A story about what happens when we hurry along only to find ourselves forced to wait. As much as we want the joy of Christmas to come, this is a time of year where it is good to do some reflection as we wait. The kind of reflection where we prepare our hearts for the coming of something more amazing than we could ever comprehend: God with Us.
So, this Advent, come hurry up and wait with your friends at Washington Plaza. As we do we might just find hope, peace, joy and love beyond all comprehension this coming year!
